RHR will gladly bill your insurance carrier if you provide sufficient information for us to submit the claim on your behalf. Remember, the level of benefit payment determined by your insurance carrier is a contract between you and your insurance company. If you disagree with the benefit payment determined by your insurance carrier, you will need to contact them directly. You are responsible for payment on your account, regardless if you have insurance coverage. We accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard.
We file your insurance with all insurance plans. After your insurance carrier has determined how much of your claim the carrier is responsible for, we will send you a statement for any balance that your plan determines to be the patient’s responsibility.
